Extended Abstract
If your paper is accepted for a presentation at the conference, you
have to submit an extended abstract of your presentation for the
Abstract Book, which will be distributed to all registered participants
at the Conference. Otherwise, your paper will be regarded as being
withdrawn.
Extended abstract should be written in clear English on white vertical A4 size paper (210*297 mm) with a 25 mm margin on all sides.
The text should be typed in one column format with 12 pt font size. Times font or equivalent is recommended. The total length will be
limited to 2 pages for all presentations. Page numbers should NOT be added for easily making the abstract book. Please refer to the
sample LaTeX or MS-WORD file for more details.
Abstract submission can be made via E-mail. Prepare a PDF file of your extended abstract which should involve ALL fonts and graphics
used in the file. The authors are requested to check the computer file by themselves. The conference secretary does not take care of
repairing files in incorrect or insufficient format. Then, please send the PDF file to the following address no later than June 13, 2005,
icnsp_abstract@tcsc.nifs.ac.jp .
We would appreciate it if the authors make the PDF file size less than 500 Kbytes for saving the storage of our E-mail sever.
